Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to items purchased through our online store: beetrading.shop

Summary

Our return and cancellation policies have a duration of 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, no refund or exchange will be granted.

If you wish to make returns, please contact support via email at returns@beetrading.shop

If you return the merchandise to our store, the refund will be issued to the same form of payment used to generate the purchase order without exception.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned, including syrups or cookies. If the product you ordered is not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-returnable additional items:

Gift cards Sale items To complete returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification informing you of the receipt of your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Offers

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@beetrading.shop and deliver the item to our store.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
